At Salmon Royalé we receive Fresh Salmon from Norway twice a week and it’s sent straight to the smoke house in Cape Town where the magic happens!
Our Rainbow Trout are farmed in the deep waters of Katse Dam in Lesotho Land which gives it its beautiful pink color. So no bottom feeders ;)
Due to our streamlined efficiency and secret smoking techniques our quality is unmatched!
